The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher OR10T2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated OR10T2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LIHC, CESC, and COAD are the cancer types where OR10T2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
