Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, OR10T1P RNA is linked to patient survival in 16 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated OR10T1P data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher OR10T1P RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated OR10T1P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as THYM and ESCA show a favorable association.
KIRC, COAD, and LUSC are the cancer types where OR10T1P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
