Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, OR10R2 RNA is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated OR10R2 data layer compared with 5 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher OR10R2 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated OR10R2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as THYM show a favorable association.
STAD, KIRC, and THYM are the cancer types where OR10R2 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
