OR10Q1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR10Q1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,229 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR10Q1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GMDS, RN7SL354P, and DONSON. Each is linked with OR10Q1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR10Q1-to-partner and partner-to-OR10Q1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GMDS grouped by OR10Q1-low versus OR10Q1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR10Q1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR10Q1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
