OR10P1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, OR10P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 29 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR10P1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LRP5, RYR2, and PIAS4. Each is linked with OR10P1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR10P1-to-partner and partner-to-OR10P1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LRP5 grouped by OR10P1-low versus OR10P1-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR10P1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR10P1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
