Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, OR10K2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated OR10K2 data layer compared with 8 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher OR10K2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated OR10K2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

BLCA, HNSC, and CESC are the cancer types where OR10K2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
