OR10K1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, OR10K1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,402 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR10K1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRAMEF19, GK2, and PRAMEF5. Each is linked with OR10K1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR10K1-to-partner and partner-to-OR10K1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OR10K1 versus PRAMEF19 in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC, with a Pearson correlation of 1.00.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR10K1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR10K1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
