Across TCGA cell cohorts, OR10K1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 331 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR10K1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADGRB2, EIF4G1, and EPB41L3. Each is linked with OR10K1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR10K1-to-partner and partner-to-OR10K1 results are reported.
