The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher OR10J7P RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated OR10J7P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ESCA show a favorable association.

UCEC, KICH, and ESCA are the cancer types where OR10J7P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
