OR10H5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, OR10H5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR10H5-associated genes across cancer lineages are PGLYRP3, PRAMEF10, and PRAMEF17. Each is linked with OR10H5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR10H5-to-partner and partner-to-OR10H5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PGLYRP3 grouped by OR10H5-low versus OR10H5-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR10H5→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR10H5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
