OR10H3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR10H3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR10H3-associated genes across cancer lineages are IRS1, Caspase-8, and C-Raf. Each is linked with OR10H3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR10H3-to-partner and partner-to-OR10H3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IRS1 grouped by OR10H3-low versus OR10H3-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR10H3→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR10H3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
