OR10G2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR10G2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,940 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR10G2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRAV1-2, TRAV1-1, and TRBV12-5. Each is linked with OR10G2 in more than 21 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR10G2-to-partner and partner-to-OR10G2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OR10G2 versus TRAV1-2 in THYM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.76.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR10G2→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR10G2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
