OR10G2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR10G2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR10G2-associated genes across cancer lineages are N-Cadherin, Src_pY527, and eIF4G. Each is linked with OR10G2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR10G2-to-partner and partner-to-OR10G2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, N-Cadherin grouped by OR10G2-low versus OR10G2-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR10G2→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR10G2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
