Across TCGA cell cohorts, OR10G2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 649 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR10G2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of cytoplasmic translation, GPI anchored protein biosynthesis, and Activation of innate immune response. Each is linked with OR10G2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR10G2-to-partner and partner-to-OR10G2 results are reported.
