Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR10D1P RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,740 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR10D1P-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Obsolete selective autophagy, Golgi vesicle transport, and Nucleotide-excision repair. Each is linked with OR10D1P in more than 20 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR10D1P-to-partner and partner-to-OR10D1P results are reported.
