The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher OR10AK1P RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated OR10AK1P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LIHC, PAAD, and UCEC are the cancer types where OR10AK1P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
