OR10A5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR10A5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,116 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR10A5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of RNA splicing, RNA-templated DNA biosynthetic process, and Positive regulation of protein modification by small protein conjugation or removal. Each is linked with OR10A5 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR10A5-to-partner and partner-to-OR10A5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of RNA splicing grouped by OR10A5-low versus OR10A5-high in BRCA.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR10A5→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR10A5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
