The most reproducible OR10A4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Microtubule polymerization, Regulation of synoviocyte proliferation, and Positive regulation of synoviocyte proliferation. Each is linked with OR10A4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR10A4-to-partner and partner-to-OR10A4 results are reported.
