Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR10A3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR10A3-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, mTOR, and Notch1. Each is linked with OR10A3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR10A3-to-partner and partner-to-OR10A3 results are reported.
