The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher OR10A2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated OR10A2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM show a favorable association.
LIHC, LUAD, and COAD are the cancer types where OR10A2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
