OPTN

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OPTN RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,571 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OPTN-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PFKP, IFIT3, and OPTN_S198. Each is linked with OPTN in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OPTN-to-partner and partner-to-OPTN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OPTN versus PFKP in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OPTN→partner) and Y-score (partner→OPTN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
