OPTN

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OPTN protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,870 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OPTN-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD84, ARHGAP9, and ZNF831. Each is linked with OPTN in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OPTN-to-partner and partner-to-OPTN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OPTN versus CD84 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OPTN→partner) and Y-score (partner→OPTN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
