OPTN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OPTN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 971 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OPTN-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR613, MIR3928, and ZNF733P. Each is linked with OPTN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OPTN-to-partner and partner-to-OPTN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR613 grouped by OPTN-low versus OPTN-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OPTN→partner) and Y-score (partner→OPTN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
