Across TCGA cell cohorts, OPTN RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,830 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OPTN-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Golgi ribbon formation, Negative regulation of extrinsic apoptotic signaling pathway, and Type 2 mitophagy. Each is linked with OPTN in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OPTN-to-partner and partner-to-OPTN results are reported.
