OPRM1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OPRM1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,092 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OPRM1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ANK2_S1732, ANK2_S1755, and ANK2_T2583. Each is linked with OPRM1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OPRM1-to-partner and partner-to-OPRM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OPRM1 versus ANK2_S1732 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OPRM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OPRM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
