OPRM1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OPRM1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 46 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OPRM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Acetyl-a-Tubulin-Lys40, JNK_pT183_Y185, and p27_pT198. Each is linked with OPRM1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OPRM1-to-partner and partner-to-OPRM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Acetyl-a-Tubulin-Lys40 grouped by OPRM1-low versus OPRM1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OPRM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OPRM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
