Across TCGA cell cohorts, OPRM1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 270 significant associations in total. PANCREAS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OPRM1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cell-substrate junction assembly, Regulation of type I interferon-mediated signaling pathway, and Protein stabilization. Each is linked with OPRM1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OPRM1-to-partner and partner-to-OPRM1 results are reported.
