OPRM1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, OPRM1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OPRM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PTH, HSFY2, and OR10W1. Each is linked with OPRM1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OPRM1-to-partner and partner-to-OPRM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PTH grouped by OPRM1-low versus OPRM1-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OPRM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OPRM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
