Across TCGA patient cohorts, OPRL1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,159 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OPRL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYL9, LAMA4, and TTF2. Each is linked with OPRL1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OPRL1-to-partner and partner-to-OPRL1 results are reported.
