Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, OPRL1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible OPRL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCNA, ATM, and Cyclin-B1. Each is linked with OPRL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OPRL1-to-partner and partner-to-OPRL1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PCNA grouped by OPRL1-low versus OPRL1-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OPRL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OPRL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
