Across TCGA cell cohorts, OPRL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,208 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OPRL1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are G protein-coupled opioid receptor signaling pathway, AMPA glutamate receptor clustering, and Glutamate receptor clustering. Each is linked with OPRL1 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OPRL1-to-partner and partner-to-OPRL1 results are reported.
