OPRK1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OPRK1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,414 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OPRK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LRP12, FAM234B, and SUCO. Each is linked with OPRK1 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OPRK1-to-partner and partner-to-OPRK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OPRK1 versus LRP12 in ESCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OPRK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OPRK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
