Across TCGA cell cohorts, OPRK1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 460 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OPRK1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Establishment of protein localization to organelle, Protein-RNA complex organization, and Aerobic respiration. Each is linked with OPRK1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OPRK1-to-partner and partner-to-OPRK1 results are reported.
