OPRK1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, OPRK1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 69 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OPRK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RETN, RTP1, and KRTAP22-2. Each is linked with OPRK1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OPRK1-to-partner and partner-to-OPRK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RETN grouped by OPRK1-low versus OPRK1-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OPRK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OPRK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
