OPN3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OPN3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,063 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OPN3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LAMB3, RCN3, and SUB1. Each is linked with OPN3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OPN3-to-partner and partner-to-OPN3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OPN3 versus LAMB3 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OPN3→partner) and Y-score (partner→OPN3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
