Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, OPN3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,069 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible OPN3-associated genes across cancer lineages are SKA1, CDC25A, and PBK. Each is linked with OPN3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OPN3-to-partner and partner-to-OPN3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OPN3 versus SKA1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.86.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OPN3→partner) and Y-score (partner→OPN3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
