Across TCGA cell cohorts, OPN3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,827 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OPN3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of eating behavior, Positive regulation of feeding behavior, and Detection of visible light. Each is linked with OPN3 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OPN3-to-partner and partner-to-OPN3 results are reported.
