Across TCGA patient cohorts, OPLAH protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,575 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OPLAH-associated genes across cancer lineages are DGAT1, IQANK1, and WASHC5. Each is linked with OPLAH in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OPLAH-to-partner and partner-to-OPLAH results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OPLAH versus DGAT1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.
