OPLAH

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OPLAH mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 31 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OPLAH-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, VEGFR2, and IGFBP2. Each is linked with OPLAH in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OPLAH-to-partner and partner-to-OPLAH results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Caspase-7-cleavedD198 grouped by OPLAH-low versus OPLAH-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OPLAH→partner) and Y-score (partner→OPLAH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
