Across TCGA cell cohorts, OPLAH RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,605 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OPLAH-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Fatty acid catabolic process, Regulation of plasma cell differentiation, and Positive regulation of plasma cell differentiation. Each is linked with OPLAH in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OPLAH-to-partner and partner-to-OPLAH results are reported.
