OPLAH

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, OPLAH mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,061 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OPLAH-associated genes across cancer lineages are DAO, TTK, and GRSF1. Each is linked with OPLAH in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OPLAH-to-partner and partner-to-OPLAH results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DAO grouped by OPLAH-low versus OPLAH-high in KIDNEY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OPLAH→partner) and Y-score (partner→OPLAH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
