OPCML

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OPCML RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,539 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OPCML-associated proteins across cancer lineages are APOBEC3G, LCP1, and BIN2. Each is linked with OPCML in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OPCML-to-partner and partner-to-OPCML results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OPCML→partner) and Y-score (partner→OPCML) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
