Across TCGA patient cohorts, OPCML mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,862 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OPCML-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR1911, GOT1, and COX15. Each is linked with OPCML in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OPCML-to-partner and partner-to-OPCML results are reported.
