OPALIN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OPALIN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,243 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OPALIN-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP506, SUPV3L1, and TRMT112. Each is linked with OPALIN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OPALIN-to-partner and partner-to-OPALIN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OPALIN→partner) and Y-score (partner→OPALIN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
