Across TCGA cell cohorts, OPA1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,721 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OPA1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Replication fork processing, DNA-templated DNA replication maintenance of fidelity, and Ribosome localization. Each is linked with OPA1 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OPA1-to-partner and partner-to-OPA1 results are reported.
