OOSP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → IMMUNEPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OOSP2 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OOSP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Erythrocytes, CD8+ naive T-cells, and Adipocytes. Each is linked with OOSP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OOSP2-to-partner and partner-to-OOSP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Erythrocytes grouped by OOSP2-low versus OOSP2-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OOSP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→OOSP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
