OOEP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OOEP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 903 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OOEP-associated genes across cancer lineages are NCAPH2, UFD1, and MIR7849. Each is linked with OOEP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OOEP-to-partner and partner-to-OOEP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OOEP→partner) and Y-score (partner→OOEP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
