Across TCGA patient cohorts, ONECUT3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,269 significant associations in total. PAAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ONECUT3-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC00342, EFNA2, and SLC25A25-AS1. Each is linked with ONECUT3 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ONECUT3-to-partner and partner-to-ONECUT3 results are reported.
