Across TCGA patient cohorts, ONECUT3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,192 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ONECUT3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Peptidyl-lysine modification, Protein methylation, and Positive regulation of chromosome organization. Each is linked with ONECUT3 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ONECUT3-to-partner and partner-to-ONECUT3 results are reported.
