ONECUT3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ONECUT3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 60 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ONECUT3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL23AP72, RNU7-29P, and MTND1P35. Each is linked with ONECUT3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ONECUT3-to-partner and partner-to-ONECUT3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ONECUT3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ONECUT3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
